I am interested to find out who this Dogen actually is and where he falls on the ladder of leaders between himself, Ben, Richard, and Jacob. Why is he here and why have we not seen him until this point? And where the heck have they been hiding this temple?
Hmm, Claire, why is she infected? Thats what I would like to know, is it because she was allowed to have a baby on the island? Where has she been? Does she still run around yelling, "my baby, my baby" making me want to punch her in the face. It definitely would make sense based on your theory that she is now aligned with flocke, MIB, and christian. This is all getting really interesting and complicated. I'm really hoping that they continue to focus a lot on the original oceanic survivors and not let them be trivial in the final battle. Who knows, we'll see, I love reading these. Keep it up AJ!
Tell Mark Rosen to make sure the baby jesus deal actually gets done, and no more of this fake confirming.
The middle paragraph of your post makes it seem like Jacob almost WANTED the Smoke Guy/Arch-nemesis guy to kill him and made certain events happen to make that happen (i.e. touching the survivors, not fighting after being stabbed etc). Is Jacob trying to close this loophole that his nemesis found?
Also, I'm not sure if we can assume that Claire is indeed infected. Dogen said it, but did he get to test her as well?
